After all the anxiety and the long wait ... it's over!

Your next obsession truly begins here! At first, you may be curious what it's really all about, given the site name, correct? If you've read my previous teaser post; you'll find out what it's about as I give you a little tinge of information about it. Of course, there's more that meet's the eye! And you gotta check it out to really find out more about it!

What can fellow shopaholics like me get from this site?

Well, I can say I'm just as excited as you are! I'm anticipating a lot of items we could SHARE to the rest of the world and flag it as one of our obsessions! Yup - like 'em, share 'em, buy 'em! Something like that! Did I make sense? Haha!

What's good about it is - IT'S ONLINE and so, it is convenient for everyone! For people like me who's a workaholic too; with little time to really shop, this is my best resource! Online shopping at its finest. And with the promise of giving great finds to people like me, there's more support I give for this site than elsewhere! LOL.

NFL Theme Day! I support the Steelers Team!

We had face-painting activity that day too. I got my face and hand painted with the logos. Woot! Ain't it exciting?

And what's good about theme days is that, I get the chance the dress up and probably, do it in costume hehe. Although this time around, I don't really have a glam costume. I also didn't have the chance to buy and plan my look sooo ... I went with this one.

Honestly, I initially felt a little weird matching sporty-style with denim. I felt weird myself haha. I realized I don't really have a lot of "sporty" outfit but this one did the trick, somehow. I guess it turned out good. After all, it's  all about the fun.

Outfit Post: Good Evening, Daytime!

So ... we were supposed to be in a "formal gown / cocktail dress" that day for our office Santacruzan ... uhmmm ... I don't have long gowns anymore but this dress was kept in stock ... I had to resort to this. (^_^)

And poof! The parade! Night dress at day time!
Well, call center life's like that anyway~

Had these dresses been available during my JS Prom, I might have worn this one instead heheeh~


I loved this dress the first time I saw it and bought it right away since it's the last piece in this color. There was another one - in hot pink; but I figured it would be too striking for me to wear so I got this one instead. The cut, the color, the style - everything is perfect for a "royal look."

Do I look like Kate Middleton now? A style icon? LOL! Haler! Lots of fans would kill me lah~

I have been hearing the song at Seoul.fm but I've never seen the video. And now that I did, I can't help but say ... gosh! I'm addicted to it! >.< Eeek! I mean, who won't?

My fandom over kpop has gone beyond 2NE1 I guess though they're my absolute favorite. But I've listened to quite a number of songs and seen multiple other artist vids that made me go gaga over their songs too. This one didn't leave me hanging! It's crazy ... I do the horsey choreo now! Aaaccckkk!

It's true as they said ... once you start cosplaying, you'll get addicted to this hobby and never stop. Yes, there might be "pauses" but you'll always be true to this hobby and continue improving your craft ...

I'm dedicated to do the same and I believe I've done my part.  (^_^) I did two (2) more trial cosplay looks but never really attended a con in them yet. So as part as terminologies are concerned (especially to sensitive ones like myself, included hehe); I'd rather not call it "cosplay." Maybe closet cosplay? Hehehe. But they do deserve a separate post. I have stock photos that I haven't found time to post yet hohoh~ But definitely, I will post when I grab a chance.

For now, I bring you you my Silk Spectre II Cosplay from the movie Watchmen. I'll tell you more about the reasons why I chose this version under the cut. Her alter ego Laurie Juspeczyk is so "me" too in many ways. So both - one lady anyway, is a perfect "cosplay" for me I guess. Hurhur~

Attendees were requested to bring in their old watches and trade their aged straps with new and fresher styles. Don't you think it's a fun and unique activity to do? I'd be delighted to do the same. (^_^)

If you've been a follower and a reader of this blog, you'll know that I ain't really a "watch" person ... I've been struggling on that aspect. LOL. I haven't really worn watches for long because ... I wasn't comfortable with it. Not until last year though when I figured, it could be a fun accessory too and I can mix and match them with my outfits. Since then, I've been wearing some! And more accessories!

I've also just posted recently about how we could let our timepieces define personality. Watches aren't just "time pieces" per se but an accessory that helps define your style as well. Alright ... I've been such a blabbermouth again haha! Go check out under the cut how the event went ...

I dunno but anything green and minty appears too cool in the eyes ... and I'm cravin' for more mints recently! Yay!

Office outfit can be so much better with greens and mints! Partner it with black, it brings that classy look! Woot! (^_^)

I don't have an infinite closet but I think I do have quite a number of clothing now hehehe~ When I do check my stocks, my most common colors are normally neutrals - black & white and a few greys. It's only late 2010 I think when I started stocking on other colors. And this year; I started to get more playful with the colors in style. Normally, I'd have blues and greens and pinks but not in other shades like mint green or aqua and stuff ... as much as possible, I kept the colors plain ...

I got bored ... plus, my job needs a highly presentable look without going super outlandish ... I don't need to look like I'm going to a party all the time anyway hehehe.

Here's my business casual take on it! The color can go beyond playful ...

Can I do a vintage look now? Hope this one can pass! (^_^)
It's been rather gloomy these past few days and it's just now that we're actually seeing "sunlight". Aahhh! That feeling again!

I've scheduled this post long ago but due to more, rather urgent news, this had to wait and now ... it'll be posted ...

Since this one went out in Mango stores, I can't help but love it! Polka dots trend is "in" again and having hearts prints instead gets much more "love" from me so I really had to get this one! Makes me think how fashion & trend was; years back.

The dress was a bit bigger. But this is the last piece in the smallest size that can still fit me so I already bought it, though it's loose (just at the back). Can't let go of it anymore haha!

It's very inspiring to see how we stand as Filipinos and smile amidst all the challenges. It's also very striking to know how the power of social media has helped us altogether in surviving this tragedy - a state of calamity.

Chai Cosplay: Misa Amane (Death Note)

Before I actually launched my "first official cosplay" as Lili Rochefort (if there's really such a thing haha); I tried to squeeze in a "costrip" type ... Er ... I don't want to elaborate but I thought of just coming in costume and not really joining any competition, whatsoever. Later on, I turned out to be joining the cosplay catwalk as well. Why did I do it? For FUN! And boost my self-confidence when I actually walk the following week for my Lili Cosplay. Makes sense? Haha!

Ain't it obvious that I didn't have all the proper costume for Misa? She's over-cosplayed! HAH! As the main female protagonist (or actually, antagonist) from one of the best animes of all time; of course, cosplay-enthusiasts like me would wanna cosplay her. At first I thought, it was an easy task but it turned out to be a little tasking because of her accessories. But I pulled it off quickly soooo ... poof! My first take on cosplay!

Forgive the lack of accuracy! It was way back 2008 and it was a quick spin-off! Of course, I took it to heart to improve in my future cosplays ... and I believe I did hurhurhur~ So for now, allow me to share my fixations for this character and the "costume" ...

If there are outfit posts; I'd also be posting cosplay stuff. (^_^) Guess it's just a sign how much I'm missing the events and doing cosplay with my friends. I've been missing much! (T_T)

There's this now-defunct Cosplay Resume page in my beloved cosplay homepage - http://www.cosplay.ph and my cosplay resumes need a new home. While it's great that I had a back-up for some of my costumes in my Cosplay.Com profile; I wasn't able to back-up my latest costumes last year, 2011. *sobs*

Allow me share my insights on this costume ... While some people thought I was Alodia Gosiengfiao (when I initially cosplayed this) ... sorry to burst your bubbles but naaah! I ain't Alodia. We may have similar Chinese features hehehe but she's way taller than me and wayyy sexier! LOLZ. I'm flattered but I wish to be known as me. (^_^)

Outfit Post: Can't Nobody Glam Rock By Minzi

KPOP Minzi Look?
Oh boy ... this is my first outfit post. Wahehehe. And since it's the 1st of the month, I guess this one's a treat! I will try to post more of these hehe ... I can't promise and I'm such a noob so if this doesn't pass as a "looks" post yet ... Imma try better next time. :p

Well, since I joined lookbook to share my fashion inspirations and mostly outfits at work and beyond, I never blogged specifically about my outfit. Some of the lookbook "looks" I posted; I embed them on some posts when they're related but this is the first time I'm posting one that's concentrated on a particular outfit. Hohoho~ I dunno ... Maybe a failure! LOLZ. But imma try ...

Some may disagree but; well, she's where I got my inspiration from (^_^) It's one of the looks that Minzi had in 2NE1's music video entitled Can't Nobody. It's also one of my favorite songs from the group. In fact, me and my sis have spoofed hehehe. If you're following my blog, you'll see I also posted that video in one of my older posts about tVN's KPOP Star Hunt!

Okay enough of my blabber and on to my look! Teehee! Sometimes, I'm really such a blabbermouth hahaha! Very talkative and can go rounds and rounds with any topic ... so let's get back to business ... about the look! (^_^)
