I'm a fan of the Hunger Games movie. And while this look isn't anywhere near the costumes or looks in that flick, one of the songs in the movie's soundtrack keeps on playing in my mind as I donned this look. It's Taylor Swift's Safe and Sound. I dunno ... probably the ghostly voice and video, the song's lyrics, and the mood I had lately ... all plays the tune. Hence this look is entitled as such. I believe I'll be safe and sound soon too ...

The calming color of my blazer does match the lyrics ... soothing, relaxing ... a mood and feel I've been waiting for ...

Pink is every girl's color. Agree? And I love items in every shade of pink. Perfect colors to combine with it include purple, lavender, light blue, white ... pastel colors! And this look I'm sharing with you all right now is full of pink and girly stuffs! Yay! It's fun being a girl!

Followers of this blog would know that my outfit style is really into corporate chic look or just a simple casual outfit, being in a corporate environment. Loud colors and prints wouldn't work. Skimpy outfit, revealing clothes, or those that have hints of "sexy" in them are not allowed. But of course, when it's "off work" or related to outings and team building activities, it's the time when I can wear outfits just right for the occasion and the season!

Not having enough parties yet? Haha! This other outfit I'm sharing is again, from one of our company parties and this actually happened since last year. I've already posted this look in Lookbook and as usual, I'm late again in blogging it haha.

I was thinking if I was to go dark or light for the party - darker colors or lighter shades? And since I was already in darker shades from my last outfits, I decided to go with lighter, more vibrant colors this time. It's the season of sparkles too, well, at least during that time! I went with pink hues - one of my favorite girlie colors! And knowing that the holiday season was almost up that time; I went a little thrifty with my outfit!

I actually just "mixed & matched" everything in this look! That's some savings then for me hahah! Some of my colleagues thought everything was brand new. But lah~ Everything here were just stocks in my closet. Thanks to styling! Woohoo!

And last but not the least in my featured shops, Bedazzle Accessories! One of the owners is a friend of mine at work - their accessories are really awesome! And I'm really sorry my dears if I haven't found the time to visit you guys (the new ones I met from the comments) - been rather busy since my birthday and 'til end of year events but I promise to visit you guys! For now, I bring you another auto-posted write up ... I think I have posts queued until end of the year already ... *sigh* so busy!!! Love y'all! (^_^)
