You might be wondering why I categorized this blog as under "Tech" but there's a "Summer OOTD" alongside that title as well ... well my friends, I'd love to share a few outfit ideas best suited for summer indeed, yes, but it's also best to capture them with a gadget that's best-suited to take photos this season. And you probably guessed it right ... I want to talk about capturing the best summer outfits with this chic gadget namely, Oppo F1s that'll definitely make it easy for us to snap & save our OOTDs!

I've just recently downloaded this app called Musical.ly and after a week's time, I've been hooked! Yeah! I just found myself addicted to it haha! Specially with the recent posts here about the traffic in Manila! My-ged! What can you do in this helluvah-mess?

Traffic in Manila be like ... meeeehhhh! Got me doing these "musicals" like dubsmash stuff (well among other video blog clips) instead of me joining the road rage bandwagon lah~ *sigh* Everyday despite using Waze App, I end up stuck in whichever street I go to (and sometimes I also get lost hahaha). And yesterday, what did the 2.5hrs travel / driving made me do (for a supposedly 30-45mins drive)??? THIS!!! Everyday Traffic Carmageddon in Manila Blabbers 09.16.15 ... and this is just one of the days! Hop on after the cut to watch the video ... It was over a month ago when I first receive this tempting news from the Nuffnang Philippines team, which promises an indeed very enticing event for bloggers like you probably, and me. And with pride and enthusiasm, finally, this event they were cooking up is about to happen! An educational yet fun event this November!

I dunno what's with me but I think I'm lucky when I play these crane games! LOL.

I ain't boasting or anything but seriously, I always win something every time I play - whether that be Stacker Games and the normal old-school UFO / Dream Catcher crane games. I don't really pay a lot. I only load a hew hundred pesos ... okay fine P500 whenever I go to amusement parks. Then I play a number of games - Dance Dance Revolution; Guitar Hero; Technika ... etc. Most of them are music-inclined games. Then when I am about to rest already, I simmer down by playing crane games hehe.

I swear I dunno but I do win lots! Freakin' serious! Call me maybe ... I mean call me lucky I guess. LOL.

There's quite a lot of "claw crane" games around. So far, I only play Stack N' Grab and Stacker and sometimes, UFO Catcher. I prefer the "stacker" games because the stacker itself is the game as I consider and the stuff toys that come later are just "consolation" prizes. Unlike the crane games alone, you get nothing - just rooting for the toy heheh.

My collection goes in this album --> Timezone Babies Collection. I don't consider myself an "addict" to it yet haha. I don't play it everyday anyway hehe. But I do make sure to play once in a while when I drop by the game zones hehe. So you wonder ... how I do it? Read more after the cut ...

In case you haven't heard of this game yet and you're a fashion enthusiast, fashion expert, of simply a girl at heart who wants a cool game; well you're missing a lot if you haven't played nor have this game. I'm talking about Fashion Story by Team Lava.

Fashion Story Mobile Game

This is one of the mobile games I downloaded from the Android Market since I got my phone last year (year after I lost and old one haha). Since then, I got really hooked.

It's similar to typical girl games wherein you have to finish certain tasks and achieve goals and do lotsa dressing up, shopping, and loads more. For me, I enjoyed playing this game because it makes me build my own shopping mall / boutique or whatever you wanna call it. They have really cute designs and colors, matching every girl's dream boutique, I believe. I don't have my own shop but at least in a game, I get to fulfill it. LOL. My personal experience with this game is not-too-exciting for a game review, I believe but I still want to share with you my shop and maybe inspire you all to download it and play with me! Yay! Curry Omu Rice, Tempura

This was actually one of the earlier apps I installed on my phone and I do LOVE everything about it. I guess one of the main considerations for bloggers like me is the mobile capability to post our stuff - be it a photo or even a complete article. Whenever a thought comes up, most definitely, the immediate reaction is to POST it and share it to the world. Thank goodness for social media!

There are loads of more relevant apps now that cater to different needs. In fashion, there's Pose. In instant-whatever-pics; there's Instagram. In web and other mobile photo blogging; there's Tumblr. Name it, you have it. It's nice to know that there's an application dedicated to food as well.

With the advent of the popular iphone App Instagram into android, I believe I immediately downloaded it right on the day itself. Excited much?

At first, I thought it would be redundant. There's a lot of other apps already; I mean at least for me, the ones I use to upload and share photos online. I've got Twitpic for a year or two already; and more recently, tumblr for my photoblog. I constantly upload photos on Facebook too - in a number of mobile upload folders. I also think I found the best photo editing tool for my Android phone anyway since last year - Photo Wonder. So I thought, why would I still need instagram? Well, I think I found more than enough reasons. While it may have limited functionalities and you can only do filters to "beautify" your photos, I think it has a better promise as we actually use it.

I'm sure there are lots more ways for us to use this mobile app but for me, I use it for the following reasons ...

What's been dubbed as the "iphone 5" is now officially called the iPhone4 S. There were earlier rumors of the new iphone as their invitation to media groups tagged it as their commonly known line, let's talk iphone. There have been a lot of talks since summer about the new iphone since they've always released a new iphone since 2007 during the summer time and this year, fanatics had to wait 'til fall.

The long wait is over then! Although, the features are really tempting. I believe the iMessage is something to die for! Ok ... that's too much though haha but I guess I'd love to have that functionality. That's one tool I love the most about my Blackberry too, the BBM. It's an easy access to all your contacts. While it limits the ability to message everyone as in "SMS" function and can only message users with a Blackberry too, it's still a powerful ability that BB users have. Adding it to the iphone makes it a superb smartphone then. This new service will allow iOS 5 users to send text messages to each other over Wi-Fi or wireless carriers' data networks. I guess Nokia tried this system via their PTT (push to talk)-ala-walkie-talkie mode but carriers weren't ready for that back then. And now, this new service entices users, even Android fans like me. Does this call for a switch?

Android Toys are cute! That little green thing with its horns in all its glory! Yeah that type!

When I first received my Samsung Galaxy SII (and my personal review on it is still due ... some other time), my first thought was really, to accessorize it the best way I can, like how I planned to do it for my Blackberry. From keychains, to matching casing, cellphone charms, cellphone holder, etc. I love it with a tinge of pink! I dunno, but the urge to really personalize my phone has been a "must."

The decision to get which phone then has been a tough task as well. Top choices included the Nokia N8 Pink, iphone 4, and the SG S2. With SG S2 being the cheapest at the new postpaid plan I was getting, considering the features I wanted, I grabbed it then; that time being exclusive to Globe. Oh boy! I must say, the reviews about it are really true! It sure does eat the iphone alive! RAWR!

My Blackberry phone has served me for two (2) years now and running to its 3rd year. So far, it's been pretty reliable on a lot of things. I guess on top of the recent releases of other smartphones, this one really surpasses 'em all. Well, I did recently get a Samsung Galaxy SII for my personal phone usage but so far, I still rely a lot on my "BB" hehehe.

I use the BB for work-related items or business matters. Since we acquired a corporate line from a local network provider, I was too careful not to use for my personal needs. I knew that the corporate line was a bit pricey and yet, it wasn't all-unlimited data for about a year. After the contract was over, my company resorted to the all-unlimited data plan for all BB users. This was an advantage for us since we get a lot of emails everyday. My emails also contain a bulk of 2MB-sized attachments every hour due to the automated performance reports. While there's an option to turn it off at a certain time, use filters, etc. I couldn't get important calendar notes / invites then for my conference calls if I turn it off. It won't synch with my BB so I might forget. In the end, I didn't use a lot of filters and I didn't turn off the email synch. This costed me a few bucks every month then since everything in excess of our corporate plan gets charged to us, users. I had to endure that for a year. LOL.

Anyway, the 2nd year was better since we already got our unlimited data plan. This means more Facebook and Twitter time for me! LOL. But yeah, it won't cost me and my company anything extra anymore. Plus if I use it, it gets charged to me anyway (during the 1st year) so I'd rather utilize it properly hehe. Sad to say, I paid more extra amounts than the rest of my colleagues (except for a few others who are heavy users). On the floor where I'm located, wifi access is not working unlike in the other floors. So I'm doomed to use the 3G network or connect via GPRS and stuff ... which gets me charged instead. Pffft! But yeah, those times are over hahaha. With unlimited data, I work and socialize via mobile all the time! As easy as that!
