Followers of this blog know for sure that my KPOP music fandom has inspired me a lot in my Asian fashion inspirations and style. 2NE1 is my most favorite music and style icon from the scene and of course, talking about music, their male counterpart aptly called BIG BANG is yet another fave for me. Who wouldn't fall in love with these cuties? Tell me! Aside from their groovy music, they're obviously overflowing with hotness! Do I sound so biased?

I first got to know them when I saw T.O.P. featured in the music video by GUMMY in the song entitled SORRY（ごめんなさい）when I was just watching 2NE1 videos; and this one had Sandara Park in it - she was trying to get back in the scene then. Eventually, I got interested with 2NE1 and so on ... I saw their collab-video called Lollipop with uber-cuteness tune and such a colorful music video ... and the rest is history. Need I say more? I just got hooked and boom! Been listening to their music since then ...

This time; with many of my fellow countrymen (wow, so formal! LOL) getting hooked to Korean music and fashion; it's great to know that big brand names such as SAMSUNG are willing to bring them over; live in the flesh, for fans like me to feast on! With the advent of the group's latest album "ALIVE," my favorite brand for now (since I'm such an Android fan and a user of Samsung Galaxy SII hehe) brings us BIGBANG ALIVE GALAXY TOUR 2012!

I'm so definite that I will miss this opportunity again. Why do concert dates fall on weekdays??? Gyaaaah!!! I missed Kylie's show back then. And then now, I'll miss this one too. For sure! (T_T)

There are only a few concerts I really wanted to watch, and of course, they're my fave artists. There are quite a bunch of good concert scenes in the Philippines too, like the American Idol Finalists' 2011 Tour (Philippines), which is happening today; a Westlife reunion concert I guess, and loads more. I just check them from PhilippineConcerts site. Surprisingly, there are a lot of concert events happening but not all of them are as advertised as the rest.

Kylie Minogue has just recently held her concert here in the Philippines, dubbed as ... "Kylie Minogue Live in Manila Aphrodite Tour 2011." Sad to say, I missed this concert ... or any other concert I've always wanted to watch, ever since. In fact, I have never really watched a concert. DEMMIT! I just realized that huh? LOL.

Since I was a kid, I've looked up to this lady. I first saw her video on MTV entitled Did It Again. That time, I was only getting hooked up to watching music videos. I got addicted to this artist because of her unique voice, sexy persona, and the girly attitude. I immediately tried to ransack all record bars for her CD. Unfortunately, I don't think Kylie is that big yet in the Philippines back then. I wasn't able to find any of her albums here. I waited for a few months and months and months and still didn't see her album anywhere.

My last resort was my aunt from Rocky, Aussie and thankfully! She found me a copy! That was my very first CD, by the way -Kylie's Impossible Princess Album. My schoolmates were even envious back then coz I was able to get this limited edition album. LOLZ. I could still recall the smirk on their faces hahaha. Kid fight stuff lah~ I mean, well, we're pre-teens or something ... what can you expect? Remember the days? "Who looks like Kylie?" Stuff like those haha. The fandom never stopped.
