I've been a bridesmaid to most of my friends' weddings ... though it ain't as many as the movie 27 Dresses yet; I must say my outfit has adapted to trends too. The most recent wedding I attended was, well, not-so-recent anymore. LOL It was November last year, for one of my team members and a dear friend. To date, this is my most favorite theme as well. The colors are perfect for spring and the 2013 color trends.

I don't have a lot of solo shots here so I'll mostly post group photos and a few videos too for your enjoyment, my dear readers! I must say this wedding is definitely a lovely event. This quirky design or print has surely been out there but I never really paid attention to it. All I knew was it's this "zigzag" like pattern and I've never been a fan of it. But when I saw it in different designs and styles, it seems pretty cool and fun to wear too. Maybe it just needs to be a little bit exciting for us fashion-enthusiasts to notice it, right?

A chevron (also spelled cheveron, especially in older documents) is an inverted V-shaped pattern. The word is usually used in reference to a kind of fret in architecture, or to a badge or insignia used in military or police uniforms to indicate rank or length of service, or in heraldry and the designs of flags (see flag terminology). The symbol is also used on highway signs to guide drivers around curves. Who would've thought it'd be fun to wear in fashionable clothing too, right? It has gone back in trend or season last 2012 and I think it's surely here to stay.

Who among you are fans of designer brands? I'm sure there's a lot. Me too!

While I know that I don't have an endless supply of cash to purchase all of these lovely pieces, for sure there are those times when we drool over cool, fancy items from designer brands and keep on dreaming when we'll have 'em. Most of us would collect ... some of us would leave it in our wish list, and some others, will forget it already since either, it's inaccessible or too-hard-to-find or to buy.

This time around, it's much easier for all of us to shop given the boom of e-commerce and online shopping sites popping from everywhere! Of course, we still have to be careful, especially when we purchase pricey items and check authenticity of the sites. I was once a victim of a fake online seller - good thing it was just a small amount and that it was refunded accordingly by trusty Paypal. But of course, there's still that risk on some shops.

I Tried This Physiogel Hypoallergenic Cream & Cleanser and Then ...

One day at a park, I was handed with this professional sample of a new product being introduced in the local market. The name appeared so "clinical" and medically correct. LOL. It's been a looong time and I can't even recall exactly when I got this ... I'm just posting my review now hehe.

It was a cleanser and cream pack from a new brand called Physiogel Hypoallergenic from Stiefel. Having sensitive skin, I don't really try out a lot of brands for my face. I usually develop redness / rashes / pimples right away. But this one, well, I tried ... it seemed good enough and oh-so-medical as it sounded hehe.

It claimed to be "hypoallergenic" so I said, hmm, must try ...

As per the product claim, Physiogel repairs skin and locks in moisture for up to 3 days. The pack comes with a mini brochure filled with information about their product line and other offerings. This promise however, has a reference / footer note that says "conventional moisturizes with synthetic emulsifiers."

I tried this for about a week or so - I has given 2 sets so that's four (4) packs of 3ML each cleanser & cream. Each set lasted me 3-4 days; the cream having lasted more since ... well, I don't really use much of it as my face becomes oily. Click after the cut to find out more ...
