Celebrity Style at the Oscars with eFoxCity - A Review

As I write this post, the Academy Awards Night / Oscars 2013 has not yet commenced and yes, I'm one of those who are eager to watch this much-awaited annual event.

Aside from the top actors and actresses winning for their caliber and talents; of course, we're all patiently waiting as to who will top the Best and Worst Dressed Lists once more. Fashion has definitely shaped how viewers look at the red carpet and I, for sure, am I of those guilty of such. From the astounding gowns to the sleek coat & tie attire we see, to even those street style fashion donned by celebrities; we're all scrutinizing and betting our picks. We all play favorites as well in terms of colors, designer, style, among others.

Of course, we all can't afford to get the exact, same designer gowns and outfits we see down the red carpet. I bet we'll all lose fame & fortune first to acquire one, an authentic one. LOL. I guess I'm speaking for myself haha. But thankfully, there are shops like efoxcity that offer cheap celebrity dresses like those we see in awards nights. The impossible, is now possible!

I wear simple dresses like this at work during casual / dress-down days. Not totally dress down of course but has that lovely, trendy, and romantic style; perfect office wear! Working in a corporate setting requires compliance to dress codes. Of course, following the dress code doesn't mean you have to be boring and keep up with old styles. You can experiment and follow new trends, provided that the cuts and styles are still not -over-the-top; not revealing; not too loud nor flashy. Discreetly, office attired.

But officewear doesn't have to be too-formal, as I've been campaigning about hehe, especially as you reach the end of the week or so called dress-down days, right? You can wear casual and comfy outfit. Sporty attire is a no-no. You don't want to look like you're going to a gym while at work. Simple casual dresses like this one I wore would work! Power Up KPOP Eyes Look with Etude House Drawing Show Creamy Liner

I've been satisfied before with using pencil eyeliners and moved to using liquid eyeliner until I discovered the dip liners. I believe this line of beauty products have evolved to a whole new world and continuously improved as time goes by ... and little did I know, there are these "creamy eye liners" in town already hohoho~

Celebrate Polyvore's 6th Year with Favordeal.com Jewelries

Polyvore turns 6! Woohoo!

I'm sure almost everyone out there in fashion blogging is already aware what Polyvore is. But for some new folks who just encountered the term might not be familiar so allow me to share what this tool is. Outfit Post: ~ Pink Paradise ~

Pink is every girl's color. Agree? And I love items in every shade of pink. Perfect colors to combine with it include purple, lavender, light blue, white ... pastel colors! And this look I'm sharing with you all right now is full of pink and girly stuffs! Yay! It's fun being a girl!

Followers of this blog would know that my outfit style is really into corporate chic look or just a simple casual outfit, being in a corporate environment. Loud colors and prints wouldn't work. Skimpy outfit, revealing clothes, or those that have hints of "sexy" in them are not allowed. But of course, when it's "off work" or related to outings and team building activities, it's the time when I can wear outfits just right for the occasion and the season!
