Payless for Shoes? Check Payless Shoe Source Sale!!!

I ain't really a shopping guru but I do love to shop (take note, window-shop) and sometimes, buy good deals I rarely find. Some of the items I really fancy are clothes, bags, and shoes (outside of my regular cosplay needs). I used to buy a lot of cheap ones but the I have to admit, I've sacrificed far-more quality than ever! With that, I told myself, I gotta be a "smart shopper" so even though I may pay a few extra bucks on something, I spend on them as long as they're of good quality; and sometimes, from a good brand name.

Am I really into brands? Not really. But sometimes, I prefer certain brands over generics hehe. This is because, I certainly believe, such brands have already gained their following and that, they've earned the trust of many with regard to the quality of their products. Not all brands have to be costly. There are really good deals around and just this week, my friend and colleague Ten brought me to this store I've never really heard of. She called it Payless, which really occured to me as a brand of instant noodles, no pun intended! But as the name goes, you really pay for less. I researched a little before coming and from there I knew that Payless is actually Payless Shoe Source. And for every girl who loves shoes, this is the place to be! 70% discounts on good shoes? You bet I'll spend at least a few on this ...

Ten dragged me into a den ... no ... It's a shoe haven!

I love how the shoes were arranged in the racks per size and you didn't have to request for your size anymore. Each side have measurement guides and plastered all around the walls are sale posters and I LOVE SHOES tagline. Need I say more? Yes! I love good shoes as well to bring me to perfect places! And this one's where I'm getting my next pair, indeed.

I first tried on this cutesy Montego Bay Club slip-on wedges. Looks pretty decent at P900++.

We went along with Melanie who has a shoe size of 5" so she wasn't able to have much sources. There were only a few pieces on this size, so poor Melanie (T_T) She did find one at 5 1/2 but it looked too big for her. She just posed with the shoe of her choice then ...

I found a number of items I like but I settled for just one pair. Otherwise, I would've ended up with more shoes than I can wear! The price range is just from P400++ to P1,000++ on average. That's a steal! There are even designer shoes available and the price range would be P2,000 to P3,000 (since they're normally at $30 - $40++ in the US) but imagine hwo much you'll get them here!!!

Flats are the new heels! Or so I say. LOL. This one is rather comfy so I bought it. I paid P440 for this pair. I think it's pretty nice and it feels like I ain't wearing shoes! It's soooo soft! It's perfect for my everyday office ensemble! (^_^) I think it's like the Sanuk brand ... I dunno. Looks & feels like it though!

We actually ended up buying three (3) pairs of shoes. 1 for me and 2 for Ten. Poor Mel but she did buy a wallet, a cutesy black & white polka-dot one (not in picture).
